Dreams vs Mortgage Dragon

The mortgage dragon is a three-headed company; first head is the mortgage salesperson, second is the underwriter and last is the appraiser. These three individuals are either employees or independent contractors. They work toward the company goal to acquire good financially healthy customers who will pay their mortgage.

This dragon will follow you around through out the transaction. Be careful you feed it the information when asked, keep the information accurate and true or it will incinerate your dreams. Passing information and receiving documents are the only visible evidence your mortgage is progressing. Two documents your Realtor will forward to the seller’s Realtor are the Buyer's mortgage pre-approval and the mortgage commitment.
