As you may know, most Realtor sites require your contact information before you may access the information. This site is branded at the bottom of each page with my name, my company name and the office contact information. If you wish to search for homes please use this site.

What Is My Intention For This Site?

I want to show you the process for buying and/or selling residential real estate. Then, relate a personal experience to show how an unexpected event suddenly changes the transaction. This is when you rate your agent for anticipation of the problem, how the agent handles the problem and the result.

Each item in the process will have something that could go wrong. Your agent does not need to discuss every possible problem with you. Each agent has a method to keep the process moving with the least number of surprises for you. The free information also includes how I keep the client informed and forewarned at critical points.
